Let's work together for a smooth set up for Organicfest set up team and ALL our participating vendors. To keep the flow of vendor vehicles moving in and out of the park is dependent on vendors following the set time that you are to arrive to the park.

If you have a super large set up and need more time to load than provided, please email celebrate@organicfest.org and we will work an alternative for you.

UNLOADING ALTERNATIVE TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS for VENDORS IN ROGER MCGUIRE GREEN:

Roger McGuire Green vendors can park (long enough to unload your supplies) in the metered parking on College and walk their supplies to your space in the center green grass area anytime after 7:30 am. ALL Parking Meters covered with Red Bags are for Organicfest Staff only. Please park your car in recommended garages after unloading on College Street on red bag covered meters.

TABLE & CHAIR RENTALS

If you rented tables and/or chairs, please provide your name to the table check in volunteer to in each park for you to pick up your rentals.

Please bring help to carry tables to your booth IN case we’re short of helpful volunteers. The tables are heavy. We recommend table clothes.
